It is August 2 and I still don't know what my first year of University looks like. This doesn't make me very happy.
Right now I'm juggling psychology and sociology, trying to fit them both on my schedule.
I'm trying to figure out if professors are good or not, and I don't have much of a clue. Anyone heard of Prof. Cann for psychology and Prof. Heywood for sociology? I was hoping to having Hammond for sociology as I've heard great things, but right now, I don't know if I'll be able to take both and still take sociology with Hammond.
This is much more complicated than I ever thought it would be. I'm getting the feeling I"m making it a lot more complicated than it needs to be too.
Anyways, if anyone has any suggestions, tips, or words of wisdom I'd greatly appreciate them. :)
Adios!

I think your last statement is pretty true. I dunno, it seems like you're taking this a little more seriously than need be. After all, it is only your first year and you have the other 3 to start worrying about stuff. Granted, it's good to have direction, but don't sweat it, 'cause soon enough you'll realize it's not as big a deal as you thought. I guess my advice is pray about it and don't be too upset if you don't get a course you want, because I've gone through that a few times and it always works out in the end. Anyways, hope that helps.
Thanks for the comments! :)
Rachel: Yes, I'm going to be at Western (well, Kings) and I've done the prof look-up already. It's pretty handy, eh? Unfortunately, nothing came up for the profs I mentioned.
Aleah: Thanks for the advice. I'm sure everything will work out in the end, (it always does) I'm just the type of person that likes to have "my ducks in a row" from the beginning.
Thanks for the advice!
I'm taking a science at main, only because I need one to graduate. Hehe. Also, I can only take one course at main this year because of my scholarship. Next year I may take more. We'll see. Maybe I'll see you around! :)
I got one of the entrance scholarships based on grades. Definitely handy in paying for the tuition, but in return, you have to take 4/5 courses at Kings. It's really not bad though, I can't complain.
*4/5 courses at Kings in first year
